I build the thing, I don't just draw it.
I’m Gonzalo Gallardo, based in Curicó, in Chile’s Maule region. Nine businesses digitised across seven different industries, seven of them running today — all designed and coded by me.
How I work
Four steps, always the same.
01I look at the process
Not the website. What gets repeated, who repeats it, and where it breaks.
02I decide what not to build
Most of the ideas on the table don't survive this step, and that's the point.
03I build it and put it in production
Working software, not a prototype. With a panel so your team runs it without me.
04I measure what changed
And I publish what isn't measured yet as pending, instead of dressing it up.
